Return Policy

At BIDET AUSTRALIA, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning items purchased from us.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. Returns requested beyond this period may not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Any items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)from our customer service team. Please contact us at info@bidetaustralia.com.au to request an RA number and initiate the return process. Returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted or may experience delays in processing.

Return Methods & Fees

You can return your item via drop-off at a designated location or by mail. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly and credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of the same value within the 30-day return window, subject to product availability.

Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Items designated as non-returnable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.
