Warranty Policy

Bidet Australia offers a wide range of products from different manufacturers and brands. Warranty coverage can vary by product. For each item, the warranty period and coverage (if any) is shown on the product page, your order confirmation, or the product packaging/manual. If you’re unsure before purchasing, contact us and we’ll confirm the applicable coverage for that item. This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict, or modify those rights.

At Bidet Australia, we’re committed to offering high-quality, dependable hygiene and bathroom products. As a marketplace that supplies items from multiple manufacturers and brands, warranty coverage can differ across products. The following general warranty policy outlines our approach and your rights as a customer.

General Warranty Coverage

Many products sold by Bidet Australia include a manufacturer-backed warranty covering defects in materials, workmanship, or functionality under normal use and care, and when used in accordance with the product instructions. Some products may not include a manufacturer warranty. In those cases, any support offered will be assessed case-by-case, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Typical warranty periods may include (where a manufacturer warranty is provided): non-electrical accessories and fixtures may have shorter coverage periods, and electrical or mechanical products may have longer coverage periods. Consumables such as wipes, filters, or deodorisers generally do not include warranty once opened, unless faulty on arrival.

What’s Covered

Where applicable, warranty coverage may include manufacturing faults, electrical or mechanical defects that occur under normal use, and items received damaged or not functioning as intended. If your claim is accepted, the remedy may include troubleshooting support, repair, replacement parts, or replacement of the product where appropriate, depending on the product and the nature of the fault.

What’s Not Covered

Warranty claims may be declined for issues caused by incorrect installation, use not in accordance with the product instructions, normal wear and tear, unauthorised modification or repairs, misuse or neglect, damage from harsh chemicals or improper cleaning agents, issues caused by unsuitable water pressure or water quality (including sediment build-up), and claims made without proof of purchase.

Commercial or industrial use may not be covered unless the manufacturer or brand specifically states it is included.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To lodge a warranty claim, email info@bidetaustralia.com.au and include your full name, order number (or proof of purchase), product name or SKU, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the problem. If the item has a serial number, include a photo of the serial number label where available.

Our team will review your claim and may request a few extra details to confirm eligibility and help diagnose the issue. If approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps, which may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, or a replacement where appropriate.

Return Shipping (If Required)

If a return is required, we will advise the process and responsibilities once we assess the claim. Depending on the circumstances and the nature of the fault, return shipping costs may be covered or may be the customer’s responsibility. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.

Important Notes

In many cases, issues can be resolved quickly by troubleshooting steps or by sending replacement parts, where appropriate. If you experience a problem, contact our support team with your order details and we’ll help you through the quickest resolution available.

Claiming for Repair or Replacement - How does the process work?

Once we receive the product(s) on our service facility site, our in-house plumbing technicians borrow necessary information about your order complaint from the Customer Care Consultant team. They begin to evaluate the condition of the product(s) and proceed with repair work on the same day, as dictated by regulatory protocols. It usually takes 1-2 business days. But if they find that repairing doesn’t give the desired results, they pass a final statement to replace your product(s) entirely. That means we send you a new factory-sealed version of the product(s) to avoid any shipping cost. If you face any issues with the product(s), reach out to us via email at order@conors.com.au or contact us directly. One of our Customer Support will get in touch with you and try to troubleshoot on the phone. In case that fails or is inadequate, we will then provide you instructions accordingly to start the repair or replacement process—starting with removal of the product and postage procedure so that you can ship it to our address. Before you send it for repair or replacement, we suggest cleaning the product(s) and their parts with water or other neutral agent. And don’t forget to add a letter to the package, stating the defective item(s) or parts that have been causing you trouble. We address such claims on a case-by-case basis but we will put our best effort to find quick and satisfactory solutions for you.
